This supplement contains milk thistle (Silybin marianum) in a patented process bound to two parts phosphatidylcholine. Studies with human volunteers show that both plasma levels of silybin and bioavailability were greatly enhanced with this form of milk thistle, leading to increased health benefits. This product also contains dandelion for liver drainage, artichoke (which has a long history of liver support), and licorice for the promotion of bile flow and immune system support.
